Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in food service preferred
ability to communicate effectively
ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
knowledge of food safety standards
physical ability to stand and carry trays for extended periods
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

Maintain clean service areas
coordinating food orders with kitchen and server staff to support timely and efficient delivery to each table
ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards
meeting special guest requests while ensuring high quality standards
welcome and greet guests and make them feel comfortable
perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required
clearing and resetting tables
thank guests for their visit and invite them to return
be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operation
place dirty dishes and utensils in proper order in bus carts and maintain clean supplies in cart
