Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to carry trays and plates safely

Job Duties
- Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders, checking finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
- Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every guest receives exactly what they’ve ordered, just the way they like it
- Support the server as needed to optimize the guest's dining experience
- Demonstrate a guest first mindset, placing a high priority on the guest experience
- Partner with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate timely and efficient food delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations
