Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service according to training manual expectations
- Carry out all tasks to prepare the restaurant for service prior to pre-shift
- Ensure entire table order is completed before delivering food
- Communicate with team members regarding any guest requests
- Ensure timely delivery of food following proper table and seat numbers
- Inspect each dish prior to delivery to meet recipes and company quality standards
- Effectively expedite food from the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Complete daily and weekly side work consistently and thoroughly
- Assist other team members as necessary and execute tasks assigned by management
- Keep management informed of problems or complaints
- Follow all company policies as outlined in the handbook
