Job Duties
- Provides excellent guest service according to expectations outlined in the training manual
- carries out all tasks necessary to prepare the restaurant for service prior to pre-shift
- ensures entire table order is completed prior delivering food
- communicates with team member regarding any guest requests
- ensures timely delivery of food following proper table and seat numbers
- inspects each dish prior to delivery, ensuring it meets recipes and company quality standards
- effectively expedite food from the kitchen
- maintain cleanliness of work area
- complete daily and weekly side work on a consistent and thorough basis
- assist other team members as necessary and complete tasks assigned by the management team
- keep management informed of any problems, complaints from guests or other team members
- follow all company policies as outlined in company handbook
