We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Food Runners. This role is integral to ensuring that guests receive their food orders promptly and in perfect condition. As a Food Runner at The Capital Grille, you will play a vital part in supporting the front-of-house team by coordinating with the kitchen to deliver high-quality food items swiftly and professionally. The position offers competitive pay starting at $6.75 per hour plus tips along with a range of distinctive benefits that support the well-being and growth of our team members. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively
- capability to stand and walk for long periods
- basic understanding of food safety and sanitation
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
