  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and split shifts
  • Ability to arrive on time consistently
  • Must adhere to uniform and grooming standards
  • Complete all required training sessions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • Physical ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Must comply with state sanitation and health regulations
  • Commitment to safety and reporting hazards

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Knowledge of state sanitation and health regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Capacity to follow safety protocols
  • Basic understanding of food preparation and service procedures

Job Duties

  • Work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and split shifts
  • Arrive on time consistently
  • Arrive in proper uniform that is clean and well maintained
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance including hair style approval
  • Attend all required training, safety courses, and departmental meetings
  • Report safety hazards and help maintain a safe work environment
  • Maintain a clean, neat and organized work station
  • Follow all directions and operational processes
  • Communicate efficiently with internal and external customers
  • Rotate all mis en place properly
  • Clean and maintain equipment properly
  • Abide by state sanitation and health regulations and hotel requirements
  • Deliver food orders accurately to the correct tables and areas
  • Stock the line with plates, bowls and utensils as needed
  • Organize and set up work station quickly and efficiently
  • Rotate, label and date all food items
  • Check all paper supplies in machines before service
  • Provide Chef with list of products and tasks needed for next shift
  • Check out with Dining Room Manager before leaving
  • Perform additional duties to assist in quality service as assigned by management
