Job Duties

  • Serve appropriate entrees from Perry's including pork chops chateaubriand and bone-in tenderloin steaks tableside for guests
  • Assist the chef team with ongoing maintenance of kitchen including replenishing appropriate cutlery and crockery cleaning all surfaces and floors throughout the kitchen
