Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in food service preferred
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods

Job Duties

  • Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders, check finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
  • Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every guest receives exactly what they have ordered, just the way they like it
  • Support the server as needed to optimize the guest's dining experience
  • Demonstrate a guest first mindset, placing a high priority on the guest experience
  • Partner with servers and kitchen staff to deliver a perfectly timed, beautifully presented dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food running area
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
