The role offered is for a Guest Service team member who plays a pivotal part in enhancing the dining experience by providing warm and friendly greetings, ensuring guests are seated promptly, and assisting with food and beverage delivery. Job Requirements

  • Ability to work walking/standing for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs
  • Good communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Availability to work flexible schedules
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and order in dining areas

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and escort them as soon as possible to a clean table
  • Bid farewell to guests leaving and invite them to return
  • Expedite food, get beverages, and deliver these items to our guests
  • Have a good understanding of our menu
  • Clean and reset tables
  • Help fellow team members when appropriate
  • Work walking/standing for 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift
  • Safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary (30 lbs)
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout dining room and restaurant to company standards
