The Food Runner position at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale's restaurant, Proof!, presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest service. Proof! is a lively American Canteen inspired by America’s rich culinary heritage and the iconic Route 66, featuring a buzz-worthy atmosphere with shuffleboard, a vibrant bar, and energetic staff creating an exhilarating dining environment.

As a Food Runner, you will be an integral part of the dining experience, acting as the essential link between the kitchen and the guests. Your role revolves around delivering food orders with care and precision, assisting servers, and maintaining a polished and welcoming atmosphere. You will help to ensure seamless service by supporting the flow of food and beverage, keeping the dining area organized, and responding attentively to guest needs, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Job Duties

  • Delivering food orders to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation
  • Assisting with clearing used plates, glassware, and silverware, and resetting tables with clean linens and tableware
  • Refilling water glasses and beverages, stocking supplies, and assisting with other tasks as needed by servers or other staff
  • Greeting guests, providing menus, and ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Keeping the dining area, service stations, and potentially the kitchen clean and organized
  • Collaborating with other staff members to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment
