Team members act as knowledgeable guides for guests, suggesting menu items, promotions, or add-ons with flair and expertise in Cinepolis offerings. Guest satisfaction and venue cleanliness are equally important; employees will clean auditoriums, dispose of trash, and track guest belongings responsibly. Additionally, team members provide support to other areas such as ticket scanning, concessions, box office, and restroom maintenance, showcasing teamwork and flexibility.

Conflict resolution skills are essential as team members handle guest complaints tactfully or route them to appropriate management. Being vigilant about movie projection quality is another unique aspect of the role, ensuring no disruptions affect the audience's enjoyment.
