The Food Runner/Server role at Nando's is an essential position responsible for enhancing the dining experience through timely and efficient food delivery, excellent communication, and attentiveness to guest needs. Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Able to independently lift up to 15lbs for extended periods
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs carrying food items and dishes throughout shift
  • Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8 to 10 hours per day
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, and stoop
  • Capacity for pushing and pulling tasks
  • Ability to lift overhead
  • Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties
