Job Duties
- prepare the service window area for efficient service
- garnish dishes as specified to enhance presentation and appeal
- ensure ticket accuracy and uphold quality control standards
- communicate any quality issues to the chef or manager promptly
- deliver food to tables accurately and with silent service
- provide detailed information about food to guests upon delivery
- pre-bus tables to maintain a clean dining environment
- assist with general guest requests to enhance their dining experience
- collaborate with team to address guest needs
- escalate concerns to management as necessary
- maintain a clean and organized station
- thoroughly clean at the end of each shift
- adhere to all health and safety regulation
- thank guests for their visit and invite them to return using authentic turkish phrases
- roll silverware and set up dining areas to prepare for the next shift or for large parties
- stock service areas with supplies such as condiments, food, tableware, paper goods, and linens
- pack and prepare to-go orders
- inform manager on duty of any guest issues or concerns
- maintain running side work
