Job Requirements

- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be personable and enthusiastic

- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- basic math skills for handling cash transactions

- willingness to learn multiple FOH stations
- ability to handle cash and use point-of-sale systems
- excellent team collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Take customer food orders and process payments accurately
- provide outstanding hospitality and service to guests
- monitor tables for guest needs and customer service opportunities
- set up and maintain game room prize displays
- pre-bus tables regularly during and after guest visits
- clean chairs, booths, and highchairs as needed
- monitor FOH areas, restrooms, and parking lot for maintenance
- sweep, vacuum, and mop FOH areas
- check restrooms for cleanliness and supplies
- perform opening and closing procedures for assigned FOH station
- assist other BOH and FOH stations
- perform all other assigned duties
