Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards
  • Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment
  • Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
  • Maintain positive guest relations at all times
  • Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
  • Check tickets coming to expo line for accuracy
  • Organize orders so that all items to complete order are ready when order is put up
  • Ensure that all items ordered are delivered to table respecting proper position numbers and female patrons
  • Ensure that all items are delivered in a timely fashion
  • Check supply and equipment levels
  • report shortages to Supervisor
  • Maintain work station clean, organized, and that all necessities were prepared earlier and stocked accordingly
  • Stock plates both for use on the expo line and for all prep areas of the kitchen including pantry area and grill stations
  • Stock all items that need to be stored in coolers or in pantry storage area
  • Clean/prepare respective equipment
  • Provide silverware and condiments for orders taken poolside
  • Complete par level requests on a daily basis and inventory on a monthly basis
  • Greet guests
  • acknowledge guests
  • Ensure safety of guests and enforcement of pool rules precautions according to department standards
  • Utilize first aid when situations demand such
  • Report any unauthorized persons in the Pool areas to the supervisor
  • Complete closing duties
  • Return all equipment and supplies to proper areas
  • Restock items for next shift
  • Secure storage areas
