Job Requirements

  • Must be of legal age to work in the state of Florida
  • Ability to lift and pull objects greater than 35 pounds and exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
  • Flexible work schedule, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends, with extended periods of standing and walking both indoors and outdoors
  • Must have Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability

Job Qualifications

  • Must be of legal age to work in the state of Florida
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Strong active listening and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, teamwork, and multitasking skills
  • Six months or more experience as a busser or runner in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required
  • Must have Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability

Job Duties

  • Deliver correct dishes and drinks to guests with professionalism, urgency, and accuracy
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, service staff, and supervisors/management
  • Follow all safe work practices and report any hazards to your supervisor immediately
  • Ensure a quality dining experience by providing all necessary items and assisting guests as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant and kitchen, bus tables, and assist with delivering and/or breaking down dishes for washing
  • Clear and reset tables and dining areas according to established procedures
  • Stock and maintain adequate supplies, including ice and other necessary items at service stations
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
