Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Minimum of six months related experience and/or training
Serve Safe Food Handlers certificate
Ability to communicate well in English
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information one-on-one to members and guests

Job Qualifications

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
Serve Safe Food Handlers certificate

Job Duties

Ensures that food is delivered to the correct member at the correct table
Ensures that all items that were ordered are served
Communicates with the kitchen, servers and the dining room manager regarding issues with food delivery to the tables
Stocks expediting station on a regular basis and/or as needed
Ensures familiarity with the floor plan, table and position numbers
Completes all opening, closing and running side work throughout the shift
Services secondary items as requested such as refilling water, bread basket, sauces, butter and buses table as necessary
