Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to attain an online Food Handler Certificate
- 1+ years of kitchen experience
- knowledge of basic restaurant service etiquette
Job Duties
- Deliver food to guests while ensuring they receive the correct order
- assist the kitchen and service teams as needed to maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and timing
- set up the front line with the equipment, plate ware, and small wares needed to serve all food products effectively
- clean large and small trays and tray stands to be ready for service
- track cooking times on all orders and check finished products for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
- garnish finished entrees according to house specifications and procedures
- accomplish all job duties while adhering to all safety guidelines and practices throughout the shift
