Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be able to attain an online Food Handler Certificate
  • able to work independently and maintain a high level of performance
  • strong listening and communication skills
  • problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining business standards
  • able to work in a team-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be able to attain an online Food Handler Certificate
  • 1+ years of kitchen experience
  • knowledge of basic restaurant service etiquette

Job Duties

  • Deliver food to guests while ensuring they receive the correct order
  • assist the kitchen and service teams as needed to maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and timing
  • set up the front line with the equipment, plate ware, and small wares needed to serve all food products effectively
  • clean large and small trays and tray stands to be ready for service
  • track cooking times on all orders and check finished products for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
  • garnish finished entrees according to house specifications and procedures
  • accomplish all job duties while adhering to all safety guidelines and practices throughout the shift
