Job Duties

  • Transport food from the kitchen to the dining room efficiently and accurately
  • Ensure plates are complete, clean, and presented according to standards
  • Communicate dish names clearly when delivering food to tables
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen service stations
  • Assist with bread, soups, sauces, and side item preparation and stocking
  • Support servers and server assistants throughout service as needed
  • Assist with clearing, resetting, and maintaining dining room organization
  • Break down and clean service stations at the end of shifts
  • Report any service or equipment concerns to management in a timely manner
  • Follow all safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures
