The Food Retail and Brand Location Supervisor role at Aramark involves comprehensive oversight of food service operations, with a focus on the supervision, training, and management of food service staff. This position ensures the preparation and serving of appropriate quantities of food adhering to established recipes and brand standards. The supervisor manages daily operations such as setup, breakdown, sanitation of workstations, and safe food storage, ensuring compliance with Aramark's safety policies and food sanitation procedures. They are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels in line with departmental guidelines and delegating tasks efficiently to staff members. A critical element of this role is providing continuous coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to employees, helping to cultivate a motivated and skilled workforce. The supervisor also supports the management team with employee counseling, timekeeping, and communication efforts, ensuring seamless coordination between central office staff and on-site employees.

This role demands a leader who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, making sound decisions while promoting a positive customer service atmosphere. The job includes physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking or standing. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms may be required. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • experience in food and hospitality industry required
  • strong communication skills
  • physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
  • willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
