The Food Retail Brand Location Manager at Aramark plays a critical role in orchestrating the dining operations across multiple well-known brand outlets such as Starbucks, Qdoba, and Einstein's. This management position focuses on developing and executing dining solutions that align with customer preferences and needs, ensuring each brand outlet provides an exceptional experience that meets both customer and client expectations. With a clear leadership mandate, this role is responsible for overseeing daily operations where customers order prepared foods from curated menus, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable service.

This role commands a salary range from $75,000 to $80,000 annually, reflecting the expertise and talent required. The Food Retail Brand Location Manager is tasked with a comprehensive set of responsibilities, spanning leadership, client relationships, financial performance, productivity, compliance, and operational excellence. The candidate will be instrumental in enacting Aramark's coaching model to nurture team talents, recognize employee contributions, plan and lead briefings, and uphold stringent safety and sanitation standards. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing clear and consistent communication on operational progress, and fulfilling financial targets through diligent P&L management are also core to this position.

Operational efficiency is paramount, as the manager drives value through cost controls, profit management, adherence to food and labor initiatives, and team training. They supervise production and quality controls to uphold brand standards. Compliance with safety, health, wage, and labor regulations is rigorously maintained to foster a safe environment for all stakeholders. The manager will collaborate closely with Food Service Directors to lead front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless execution of food service activities and delivering finished products that delight customers.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a management role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other departments
  • Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lb occasionally
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Ensure entire team is trained and able to implement
  • Supervise team regarding production, quality and control
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees
  • Follow all applicable policies, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to safety, health, wage and hour
  • Lead the front of the house of the dining operation in conjunction with the Food Service Director
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate food service activities to deliver a finished product to the customer
