Job Requirements

  • ability to work at a fast pace throughout shift
  • able to work in cold and wet environment (38-40 degrees) for multiple hours
  • wearing personal protective equipment (ppe) while in the warehouse
  • able to lift, bend and twist as well as standing on your feet throughout every shift
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in food production or manufacturing is an asset
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • strong attention to detail
  • good physical stamina and ability to work in cold conditions

Job Duties

  • working in multiple production positions supporting several departments daily
  • ensuring food waste is minimized and food safety guidelines (storing food properly, FIFO) are always applied
  • inspecting raw ingredients for quality
  • using commercial kitchen equipment to produce products
  • removing finished product from the production line and push batches to the next step of the process for packaging
  • sanitizing all materials and machinery parts at the end of each shift and clean the workspace at the worker station by following company cleanliness standards
