You will be responsible for setting up your workstation with all necessary ingredients and equipment, preparing ingredients through measuring, weighing, chopping, trimming, and peeling, and using a range of utensils and cooking devices including ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers. Your tasks will also include baking, roasting, broiling, steaming, and other cooking methods on meats, vegetables, and other foods, along with arranging, garnishing, and portioning dishes according to established guidelines.

In addition to your cooking duties, maintaining a clean and sanitized work area is crucial, as well as adhering to Aramark's safety policies and ensuring the security of company assets. You will play an integral role in customer service by maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor while interacting with guests, clients, co-workers, and other stakeholders. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in cooking or a comparable role

  • physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods

Job Duties
