Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Execute daily food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling ingredients according to proprietary Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and standards
  • Maintain the highest levels of kitchen cleanliness, organization, and sanitation, strictly adhering to all health and safety guidelines
  • Manage ingredient storage and rotation (FIFO) to minimize waste and ensure the freshness of all menu components
  • Support the cooks and kitchen staff during peak rush hours, ensuring a constant supply of prepped items is available
  • Assist in stocking, inventory checks, and organization of the walk-in refrigerator and dry storage areas
  • Properly utilize kitchen equipment, tools, and machinery (mixers, slicers, etc.) safely and effectively
