Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of six months of experience in retail or food service

  • Effective interpersonal skills with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide a pleasant greeting to visitors to establish a welcoming ambiance
  • Handle the oversight of food supplies, expenditures, discarding of leftovers, preparing dishes, and presenting meals
  • Follow sanitation regulations and maintain cleanliness in the food service area
  • Meet objectives for selling food like pizza, breakfast products, and drinks
  • Offer coaching sessions to team members to enhance their understanding of food preparation and safety procedures
  • Establish a partnership with external vendors to ensure proper monitoring and training in food safety practices
  • Manage stock quantities and rotate food supplies accordingly
  • Provide prompt customer service while effectively handling guest transactions
  • Provide support to the Store Manager or Guest Service Leader by carrying out additional responsibilities as needed
