We are currently seeking a dedicated Food Preparation Specialist to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the daily operations by storing, preparing, cooking, and plating food items in accordance with our detailed specifications and menu requirements. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of your work station, following uniform and appearance standards, and actively engaging with team members to foster a positive and professional working environment. This position requires commitment to quality, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving kitchen setting. The Food Preparation Specialist must be physically capable of meeting various demands such as standing for extended periods, handling objects and equipment, and occasionally lifting heavy items up to 100 pounds. Shifts are flexible and can range from 8 to 12 hours, including availability for weekends, holidays, days, nights, and overtime as needed. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food preparation or kitchen work preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
  • Must comply with health and safety regulations
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift items up to 100 pounds
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
