Job Duties
- Follow established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures
- Maintain a clean and food-safe environment
- Prepare, portion, and/or cook food items to quality specifications
- Assess ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotate product appropriately
- Use proper safety equipment and tools during food preparation
- Support kitchen team members to ensure timely food availability
- Adhere to sanitation and safety standards throughout the shift
