Job Duties

Cut slice and prepare ingredients according to company specifications in the amount determined by manager
ensure all food items are properly labeled and stored
monitor temperature of food items
maintain a clean preparation environment
attention to detail to prevent waste
complete training and maintain knowledge by participating in all educational and training opportunities
be a strong team player and provide high quality service to customers
