It is available for both full-time and part-time employment, which accommodates various scheduling needs, including availability for day shifts from 8 am to 4 pm and limited evening shifts from 4 pm to 11 pm. Food Prep Crew Members are entrusted with a variety of responsibilities critical to the daily operation of the restaurant. These include receiving and stocking inventory, preparing, cooking, and assembling menu items that meet company standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen prep area, and upholding food safety and quality standards by adhering to established protocols. Each task is expected to be completed with a sense of urgency, precision, and respect for safety guidelines, ensuring both customer satisfaction and a safe working environment.
The position demands physical stamina including the ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously, frequently lifting up to 50 pounds including overhead lifting, and occasionally stooping, bending, crouching, or climbing using ladders. Clear communication skills and efficient audio-visual perception are necessary to ensure smooth operations and adherence to health and safety standards. Employees will handle kitchen equipment such as knives and fryers, so training in the safe use of potentially hazardous tools is integral.

Job Requirements
- Must be 17 years of age or older
- ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week
- ability to work Monday through Friday and weekends
- availability for day shift from 8 am to 4 pm
- availability for night shifts from 4 pm to 11 pm (limited)
- ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously
- ability to occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb including use of ladders
- ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds including overhead lifting
- continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation
- proficiency in communication through speech, reading, and writing
- maintain effective audio-visual perception and judgment
- ability to work in hot and cold temperature variations and exposure to food allergens
- ability to safely operate restaurant equipment including knives and fryers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or fast casual restaurant environment is advantageous but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow food safety and quality standards
- ability to work effectively in a team setting
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- basic math and reading skills
