Currently, CEC Entertainment is hiring Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Makers who play a vital role in helping feed the fun by preparing orders and assisting with food preparation in a no-fry kitchen environment. This role involves easy preparation of pizza, salads, and wings. Employees participate in the "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, giving them access to earned wages without waiting between paychecks, which is paid out bi-weekly unless state law requires otherwise.

For exempt employees, there is commission potential from $0.50 to $10.00 for each membership sold and from $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold. For non-exempt employees, commission potential ranges from $2.00 to $8.00 for each membership sold and from $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass. Job Requirements

  • Be at least sixteen 16 years of age except where local or state restricts it
  • Available to work various shifts
  • Able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
  • Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
  • Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others including guests and co-workers
  • Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
  • Ability to work in a loud and dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen work is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Excellent customer service skills
