Cheese, Peter Piper Pizza, and Chuck's Arcade. Established to create memorable experiences for kids and families, the company is widely known for its fun-filled environments where families can gather to play, eat, and celebrate. With nearly 600 Chuck E. Cheese locations and over 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues across 45 states and 18 countries, CEC Entertainment is passionate about creating safe and joyful places where children can be themselves and make lasting memories. The brand hosts over half a million birthday parties each year and has been committed to community support by donating more than $24 million to schools and nonprofits. Chuck E. Cheese was honored with the "Best in STEM" award in 2025 and was named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces, showcasing its strong commitment to employee growth and workplace excellence.

At CEC Entertainment, we build careers around great food, family, and fun! The company’s purpose and passion center on delivering the best experiences for kids and families to eat and play. With a culture embracing diversity and inclusion, the organization fosters an environment where employees are empowered and can advance, with more than 60% of managers promoted from within. The roles offered include Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Makers who contribute to the team by preparing orders and assisting with kitchen operations in a no-fry kitchen environment, primarily handling pizza, salad, and wings preparation. The position offers competitive hourly wages between $17.13 and $18.13, plus commission potential for membership and fun pass sales, paid out biweekly. The "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program further enhances employee financial flexibility.

This position is ideal for first-time job seekers or those pursuing an exciting career path within a company with flexible schedules and comprehensive benefits. Employees receive a 50% discount on meals during shifts, access to scholarships, referrals, and discounts programs, plus support through the CEC Cares Fund for assistance during catastrophes. The role requires physical capabilities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, and interacting well with team members and guests in an active environment with loud noise and visual stimuli.

CEC Entertainment values employee well-being and supports it through extensive benefits—medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, virtual doctor visits, tax-free savings accounts, paid vacation and holidays, employee meal discounts, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, and additional voluntary benefits including pet insurance and legal plans. These offerings vary slightly depending on employment status, whether full-time, part-time, or managerial levels. Safety and health are prioritized with rigorous sanitation standards and operational procedures.

The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering a diverse workforce reflective of its guests' variety in backgrounds and perspectives, and prohibits discrimination on any protected class basis.
