At CEC Entertainment, the mission is to create the best place for kids and families to eat and play. Additional perks include a 50% meal discount during shifts, flexible scheduling to accommodate employees' needs, scholarships, employee referral programs, and the CEC Cares Fund, which assists employees during personal catastrophes. The physical demands of the role include lifting objects up to 50 pounds and being able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts. The work environment features flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises, and requires employees to manage job stress while interacting effectively with guests and coworkers.

CEC Entertainment is dedicated to creating a safe and healthy work environment that meets or exceeds local health and sanitation requirements. Reasonable accommodations are provided to individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion, not discriminating on the basis of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability status, or any other protected class.
