This approach fosters career growth, with over 60 percent of managers promoted from within the organization. The company values an energetic and enthusiastic workforce that is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Currently, CEC Entertainment is hiring for Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Maker positions within their no-fry kitchen environment. These roles play a crucial part in feeding the fun by preparing orders and assisting with food preparation, including easy prep for pizza, salads, and wings. The company offers competitive pay, which includes commission opportunities ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 for each membership sold, and from $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold, paid out bi-weekly. Additionally, CEC Entertainment has introduced a "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program that enables employees to access earned wages without waiting for the traditional pay cycle.

Working at Chuck E. Cheese provides a flexible schedule, a 50 percent discount on meals during shifts, scholarship opportunities, perks and discounts programs, an employee referral program, and access to the CEC Cares Fund, which supports employees during catastrophes. The work environment involves physically active duties such as lifting, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts. Employees must also thrive in a dynamic setting with flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises. The company maintains rigorous health and sanitation standards to ensure the safety and well-being of its guests and employees.

CEC Entertainment cherishes diversity and inclusion, aspiring to build a workforce that reflects the varied backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives of its guest community. The company is an equal opportunity employer, prohibiting discrimination on the basis of race, ancestry, color, genetics, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, age, physical or mental disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or other protected classes. This inclusive culture fosters an environment where all team members are encouraged to contribute and succeed.
