CEC values its employees, offering competitive pay with a generous commission structure varying based on exempt or non-exempt status. Commission potential ranges from $0.50 to $10.00 for membership sales and $0.15 to $3.00 for Fun Pass sales for exempt employees, while non-exempt employees can earn from $2.00 to $8.00 per membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass. Commissions are paid out bi-weekly unless state laws dictate otherwise.

The company also offers a "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing employees to access earned wages without waiting for the traditional paycheck schedule. Essential job functions require the ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat throughout the shift.
