The available roles at CEC Entertainment include positions such as Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Maker. These roles are designed for energetic and enthusiastic individuals who want to be part of a team focused on delivering excellent customer service while preparing delicious, high-quality menu items. These kitchen positions emphasize a no-fry cooking environment, focusing on the preparation of pizzas, salads, and wings. CEC Entertainment offers flexible scheduling and a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.90 to $17.90, with additional commission potential based on memberships and fun pass sales. The company also features a unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program that allows employees to access earned wages promptly, enhancing financial flexibility.

This position appeals to both first-time job seekers seeking a supportive work environment and career-oriented individuals looking to grow within a well-established brand. Over 60% of management roles within the company are filled by internal promotions, highlighting strong career development opportunities. Alongside a fun and dynamic work atmosphere, employees enjoy perks such as a 50% meal discount during shifts, scholarship opportunities, referral programs, and a support fund for employees facing hardships. The job requires physical activity such as lifting up to 50 pounds and performing movements including standing, bending, and kneeling throughout the shift, creating an engaging and active workplace.

CEC Entertainment prioritizes health and safety, maintaining rigorous hygiene and sanitation standards to protect employees and guests alike. The company environment involves varying lighting and noise levels, so candidates should be prepared for a lively, active kitchen setting.
