The role of Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Maker at Chuck E. This position is essential in helping feed the fun by preparing orders and assisting with food prep, operating within a no-fry kitchen environment. The work primarily involves easy prep tasks such as making pizzas, salads, and wings. Employees in this role are valued cast members trained in various positions, empowering them to provide top-notch service and be part of a supportive team culture where over 60% of managers have been promoted from within.

The position offers competitive pay, with additional earning potential through commissions ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass for exempt employees, with slightly different commission scales for non-exempt staff. Chuck E. Cheese also provides a unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing employees to access earned wages without waiting for traditional pay cycles. Benefits include flexible scheduling, employee discounts, scholarship opportunities, an employee referral program, and access to CEC Cares Fund for assistance during emergencies. The company prioritizes the safety and health of its team members and guests, maintaining rigorous health and sanitation standards and accommodating employees with disabilities as needed.

Working at Chuck E. Cheese means being part of a company that not only values food quality and customer experience but also champions play and fun as vital components of family life.
