CEC Entertainment is hiring for Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Maker roles, positions crucial to delivering the fresh, fun dining experience the brand is known for. The position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $15.16 to $16.16, with additional commission incentives based on sales of Memberships and Fun Passes. Pay is distributed bi-weekly except where state law requires otherwise. One unique advantage is the company’s "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, providing employees access to their earned wages on a daily basis to reduce financial stress. Additional benefits include a 50% meal discount during shifts, flexible scheduling options, scholarship opportunities, employee referral programs, and financial support initiatives like the CEC Cares Fund designed to assist employees during catastrophes. Paid sick leave is also available, granted at a rate of one hour per 30 hours worked, underscoring the employer's commitment to employee health and well-being.
