CEC Entertainment emphasizes flexible scheduling and offers a competitive pay structure, along with the innovative "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, which allows employees to access earned wages without waiting for the traditional paycheck cycle. Commission opportunities vary between exempt and non-exempt statuses, providing additional earning potential based on sales of Memberships and Fun Passes, with payouts made bi-weekly unless otherwise mandated by state law. The company also supports its team members through a 50% meal discount during shifts, scholarship programs, various perks and discounts, an employee referral program, and the CEC Cares Fund, which assists employees during catastrophes.
