The role of Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Maker at Chuck E. Cheese is an excellent opportunity for first-time job seekers or those looking to build an exciting career in a dynamic and family-friendly environment. This position involves preparing orders, assisting with food preparation, and working in a no-fry kitchen focused on easy prep for pizzas, salads, and wings. Beyond pay, the company supports its team members with flexible schedules, scholarships, employee referral programs, and a variety of perks and discounts. The CEC Cares Fund is another resource available to employees, offering assistance during personal catastrophes. The work environment is active, involving lifting up to 50 pounds and physical movements such as standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts. The role also requires the ability to handle job stress and engage effectively with guests and coworkers in a lively setting featuring flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.

At Chuck E. Cheese, employee development is a priority, with over 60% of management team members having been promoted from within. Cross-training in different positions empowers Cast Members to provide top-tier service and grow their careers within the company’s supportive framework.
