In 2025, Chuck E. Cheese earned the "Best in STEM" award and was named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces, reflecting its leadership in both innovation and employee satisfaction. Peter Piper Pizza offers a neighborhood pizzeria experience focusing on quality food, engaging entertainment, and creating lifelong memories, highlighting the company’s mission that "The Fun is Baked In." As an Equal Opportunity Employer, the company values a workforce that reflects diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. This commitment to diversity strengthens the company’s ability to connect with families and communities around the world.
As part of the Chuck E. Cheese team, the Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Maker roles are integral to delivering the exceptional experience the brand promises. The role focuses on preparing delicious food items like pizza, salads, and wings in a no-fry kitchen environment. This provides a clean and efficient workspace perfect for those who enjoy working in fast-paced kitchen settings. The company offers competitive compensation including commission potentials for exempt and non-exempt employees based on memberships and Fun Pass sales, paid out bi-weekly. One of the exciting benefits includes the innovative "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program that allows employees to access earned wages without waiting for traditional pay cycles.
Beyond pay, employees appreciate a range of benefits like a 50% meal discount during shifts, flexible work schedules, scholarships, participation in perks and discounts programs, a supportive employee referral program, and assistance through the CEC Cares Fund during emergencies.
