Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or retail preferred but not required
- Availability to work days and evenings
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
- Compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

- Frequently bends, twists at waist, kneels, squats, stands, and walks
- Occasionally climbs and descends ladders
- Tolerates extreme cold and hot temperatures and works in and around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp objects, and loud noises
- Reaches, grasps, and manipulates objects with hands for entire shift, including reaching overhead
- Pushes, pulls, lifts, and carries up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50+ lbs occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- Maintain a clean restaurant environment by performing general housekeeping duties
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with all brand, company, and health department regulations
- Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- Keep accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records
- Follow all government laws and safety codes
- Complete reports on all incidents following the company's 5-minute rule policy
