Ayat is currently seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join their kitchen team as Prep Cooks. Job Duties

  • Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients
  • prepare sauces, spreads, and basic dishes according to recipes
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations
  • label, date, and properly store food items
  • assist line cooks and chefs during service as needed
  • follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
