Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency credential
- Experience working or volunteering in a food pantry preferred but not required
- Good communication and customer service skills
- General office skills
- Successful completion of criminal record check
- Present a professional and positive image as a representative of CAPBM
- Strong desire to assist others in helping themselves
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Job Duties
- Manage the food pantry at the Area Resource Center including preparing and distributing food to community members
- Maintain organization of the food pantry including stocking shelves, organizing inventory, unloading and putting away food donations
- Assist with general office functions related to the food pantry such as paperwork, filing, and cleaning
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide excellent customer service
- Lift and carry food items weighing up to 50 lbs as required
- Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming environment for pantry visitors
- Support the overall success of the Area Resource Center through dedicated pantry assistance
