Our company places high importance on food as an essential component of our corporate culture, providing residents and employees alike with exceptional culinary experiences. Our organization is rapidly expanding, and maintaining a consistent, efficient, and scalable food program is essential to support this growth. We collaborate actively with food service vendors to guarantee the best possible outcomes, offering diverse menus in cafes, micro kitchens, and event catering services across multiple office locations. The Food Program Operations Manager oversees all day-to-day food services, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional quality across our facilities. This role requires a dynamic concentration on strategy, tactical execution, and vendor relationship management, along with adaptability to manage multiple evolving projects efficiently.

As the main liaison between the company and food service vendors, the manager ensures clear communication channels and proactive problem-solving strategies. Daily operational excellence, alongside strategic vision, is vital for this role to maintain consistent service standards and meet organizational goals. This includes setting operational Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) aligned with the broader company goals, measuring progress and impact in food service operations. The manager is responsible for budgeting and cost control to meet financial targets while upholding quality. Appropriate collaboration with the facilities team and the health department is necessary to ensure compliance with food safety standards and handle risk management effectively. Moreover, the manager leads feedback collection efforts from employees to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and elevate overall satisfaction with the food program.
