Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum three years of management experience
  • minimum three years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • strong employee engagement leadership skills
  • supervisory experience
  • ability to work collaboratively
  • culinary production experience
  • solid background in safety, sanitation, and compliance
  • professional communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • passion for customer service
  • flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
  • Servsafe certification
  • valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • oversee day-to-day multi-site food service operations
  • ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational standards
  • lead and manage 12 food service managers
  • review and analyze operational metrics and financial performance
  • develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships
  • create and implement strategic plans to improve service quality
  • foster a positive work environment aligned with Sodexo standards
