Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum three years of management experience
- minimum three years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
- strong employee engagement leadership skills
- supervisory experience
- ability to work collaboratively
- culinary production experience
- solid background in safety, sanitation, and compliance
- professional communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- passion for customer service
- flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
- Servsafe certification
- valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- oversee day-to-day multi-site food service operations
- ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational standards
- lead and manage 12 food service managers
- review and analyze operational metrics and financial performance
- develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships
- create and implement strategic plans to improve service quality
- foster a positive work environment aligned with Sodexo standards
