Job Qualifications
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of 2 years management experience
- minimum of 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services or institutional food service
- strong leadership and employee engagement skills
- experience working within a K-12 environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- professional communication skills
- customer service orientation
Job Duties
- oversee day-to-day cafeteria operations
- ensure compliance with Sodexo and USDA National School Lunch Program standards
- provide employee training and development
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- assist in strategic and marketing plan implementation
- create a positive and productive working environment
- manage food safety and sanitation compliance
