Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
- Strong client-facing and customer service skills
- Experience with purchasing, inventory management, and cost controls
- Knowledge of food safety compliance and regulatory standards
- A collaborative leadership style and passion for service
