Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
- Proven leadership skills with a strong track record of fostering employee engagement and collaboration across teams
- Culinary production experience with a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining clear, professional communication and delivering exceptional customer service
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credentials are highly preferred

Job Duties
- Lead the delivery of high-quality food services across patient dining, retail outlets, and catering operations
- Drive performance to meet or exceed Sodexo and client financial goals and operational targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, including confident communication in executive-level (C-suite) settings
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and enhance service delivery
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and Sodexo standards
- Engage daily with patients, families, and clinical teams to support satisfaction and promote a positive dining experience
- Registered Dietitian (RD) candidates are strongly preferred, bringing added expertise to patient-centered food and nutrition services
