Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years management experience
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • Proven leadership skills with a strong track record of fostering employee engagement and collaboration across teams
  • Culinary production experience with a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining clear, professional communication and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) credentials are highly preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality food services across patient dining, retail outlets, and catering operations
  • Drive performance to meet or exceed Sodexo and client financial goals and operational targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, including confident communication in executive-level (C-suite) settings
  • Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and enhance service delivery
  • Ensure full compliance with HACCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and Sodexo standards
  • Engage daily with patients, families, and clinical teams to support satisfaction and promote a positive dining experience
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) candidates are strongly preferred, bringing added expertise to patient-centered food and nutrition services
