The Food Operations Director role at Aramark is a pivotal leadership position responsible for devising and implementing meal solutions that meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions. Additionally, you will manage front-of-house dining operations and implement sustainable food service strategies aligned with client goals.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience
- Minimum four years of relevant food service experience
- At least one year of team leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage financial performance and budgets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to uphold safety and sanitation standards
- Physical capability to handle manual tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of food service industry regulations and compliance
- Experience with client relationship management
Job Qualifications
- A working history of at least four years is required for this position
- Experience leading teams for 1-3 years is a must
- Individuals applying should have a proven track record in food service
- Either a bachelor’s degree or a comparable level of hands-on experience is compulsory
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Coordinate, mentor, stimulate, and foster teams to maximize their contributions including recruitment, evaluation, training, coaching, and performance management
