This role as a Prepared Meal and Rotisserie Chicken Associate is integral to providing Sam's Club members with fresh, high-quality prepared foods daily. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing fresh food items by following specific recipes, ensuring that the always warm and ready rotisserie chicken meets quality standards, and properly wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to maintain freshness for members. The role requires multitasking abilities to juggle multiple duties, such as assisting members with bakery orders and maintaining product quality on shelves. Your role directly impacts the shopping experience of members by offering them fresh, convenient meal solutions.

You will be expected to ensure the highest standards in food safety and sanitation, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of products that no longer meet quality standards. The job also involves zone management, handling claims and returns, and organizing merchandise to enhance product presentation and reduce waste. The ability to use digital tools to improve sales, manage inventory, and engage with team members is highly valued. The hourly wage for this position ranges from $20.00 to $28.00, depending on experience and location. Additional compensation may include performance-based incentives and premiums depending on work schedules and specific tasks performed.
